Wilson County's growing medical community offers a vast array of health care options. Medical Centers / Hospitals
In 2009, construction was completed on the $26 million, four-story patient tower that offers 60 new private patient rooms. The 77,000 square foot facility promises to provide state of the art health care for Wilson County. The building has been designed to flow more efficiently and conveniently for patients, as the ground floor offers a new entry and drop off area, outpatient rehab and physical therapy and sports medicine. The first floor, which connects to existing emergency, radiology and surgical areas, is the surgical floor and will also include the Orthopaedic center. The second floor has been designated as the medical floor, and the top floor has been shelled for future, and yet undetermined growth.
