University Medical Center
University Medical Center is a 245-bed, two-campus acute health care
facility with over 270 physicians on staff and is fully accredited by
the State of Tennessee as well as the Joint Commission on Accreditation
of Healthcare Organizations. The hospital has approximately 900 full and
part-time employees and is the sole provider of health care service in
Wilson County, Tennessee. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency
services, inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services along
with intensive care and telemetry services. The hospital's Diagnostic
Imaging services include basic radiography, digital fluoroscopy, MRI,
CT, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, and mammography. University Medical
Center's Rehabilitation services include an inpatient rehabilitation
unit as well as outpatient, physical, occupational, speech, and
respiratory therapies. Specialties include: Orthopaedics, Cardiology,
Neurology, General Surgery, Psychiatry, ENT, Urology, and
Obstetrics/Gynecology. University Medical Center is proud to be owned
and operated by Health Management Associates, Inc. of Naples, Florida.
In 2009, construction was completed on the $26 million, four-story
patient tower that offers 60 new private patient rooms. The 77,000
square foot facility promises to provide state of the art health care
for Wilson County. The building has been designed to flow more
efficiently and conveniently for patients, as the ground floor offers a
new entry and drop off area, outpatient rehab and physical therapy and
sports medicine. The first floor, which connects to existing emergency,
radiology and surgical areas, is the surgical floor and will also
include the Orthopaedic center. The second floor has been designated as
the medical floor, and the top floor has been shelled for future, and

Vanderbilt Heart Lebanon
Vanderbilt Heart Lebanon opened its doors in March 2008. The facility is
located across from University Medical Center on Baddour Parkway and
offers a variety of cardiac services including catheterization, stress
tests, ECG, nuclear imaging, radiographic tests and echocardiograms.

St. Thomas Heart
St. Thomas has a heart clinic located in Mt. Juliet and one in Lebanon.
Additionally, St. Thomas has an Urgent Care Clinic established at
Providence in Mt. Juliet. The clinic provides walk-in services and
urgent care needs, along with occupational medicine and workman's comp.

Summit Medical Center
Summit Imaging opened its Lebanon office in Spring 2008. The 12,400
square foot facility provides mammograms, bone density screenings,
ultrasounds, routine x-rays and CT scans among other things. In the Fall
of 2008, Summit opened a convenient care center across the lobby from
the imaging center. The care center offers immunizations, physicals,
drug tests and non-emergency family illness treatment.

Nursing Homes & Assisted Living
Elmcroft of Lebanon - This assisted living and Alzheimer's Care
community offers accommodations for those who may require assistance in
their daily living activities. It is staffed 24 hours a day with trained
healthcare personnel and offers as much or as little care as a resident
may want or need. In addition, Elmcroft of Lebanon has a licensed
Healthcare Director on call 24 hours a day.

Johnson Retirement & Assisted Living
Mt. Juliet Health Care - Mt. Juliet Health Care & Rehab is a
106-bed facility that specializes in providing skilled nursing care and
comprehensive rehabilitation services.
The Pavilion at Clermont Village - Lebanon's newest nursing home is a
30,000 square foot, 60 bed facility developed by the not-for-profit
Community Progress Committee and located adjacent to University Medical
Center is set for a July 2009 opening. The new "skilled care" nursing
home will include wings built with the "greenhouse concept." Greenhouse
is a new design for new nursing homes, something the family members want
to see more of. It's an at-home feel. The rooms are larger and in each
wing, there's a kitchen and dining area. The Pavilion will include a
library, outside courtyards and an open dining facility.
Providence Place of Mt. Juliet
Rutland Place - A $15 million independent living facility for
seniors located in Mt. Juliet. The 112-unit facility is located on 11.3
acres on N.W. Rutland Road near First Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet. The
Covenant Group of Fort Worth, Texas manages the facility that features a
restaurant, a private dining room exercise, computer and assembly rooms
as well as a movie theater.
Southern Manor Living Centers - Southern Manor Living Centers, LLC
is a new concept in senior living and care facilities, dedicated to
accommodating the many unique needs of the senior population. Each
center has been custom-designed for its community, offering a relaxed
and home-like atmosphere, coupled with assistance from a team of
qualified professionals who ensure daily quality standards are met.

Home Health Care - Wilson County is home to several home healthcare
agencies - Amedisys Home Health Services, Careall Home Care Services,
Deaconess HomeCare, Donelson Home Health, NHC HomeCare , Home Instead
Senior Care - which provide a vast array of homecare services including
nursing; physical occupational and speech therapy; and management of
diet, disease and pain.
Wilson County Health Department - The local health department
offers a variety of preventive services. Comprehensive primary care
services are provided in selected health departments based on the needs
of the community. Clinics are staffed with physicians or mid-level
practitioners working under supervision and protocol. Local health
departments participate in TennCare and other insurance programs. For
